- CHChandler Horton1 day ago1.0Worst location ever. Always a line. Incompetent workers. The online ordering doesn't work for this location at all. So there's really no reason to get Dunkin if you aren't accumulating points on the app.

They are always getting orders wrong, and even when they get it right, the taste is almost completely different from other locations. The last time I went, I ordered a small cappuccino with two shots and was given a large with two shots. When I explained that it was wrong, they told me it’s the same thing?! How is a small the same as a large?! I disagreed and kindly asked for the correct order. The lady took the large cup to the back, dumped the wrong order into a small cup, and handed it to me! I went back up front and had them make it again. I will not be returning to this location!

- AMA MillerJul 23, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Westview location. I accidentally placed my order as a walk-in order through the app instead of a drive-thru order. When I arrived at the drive-thru and explained the mistake, the staff refused to give me my order and directed me to come inside. While I understand there may be policies in place, the situation could have been handled much better. Instead of showing any flexibility or customer service, the staff members came across as rude and dismissive. A simple mistake on a mobile order turned into an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I've been a regular customer, but this interaction left a bad impression. Customer service should be about helping customers resolve simple issues, not making them feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
