Though I like Chipotle and often find it's service generally consistent, I've now found a major flaw through a meal delivery app order (though to no detriment of the app) but rather this location. Having dietary restrictions, I often don't find it necessary to explain what I cannot eat as I can usually navigate through other restaurants' menus with ease. After today's order, I have distrust in this location to prevent cross contamination as I found cheese in my order that never stated that cheese was requested. It is one thing to get an order wrong with a mistake of a servings amount of cheese on the top of the bowl (as this is one of the last ingredients in the prep line to add) but this was not the case. I found a noticeable amount of melted cheese between other layers of toppings in my bowl which would indicate sloppy portioning at an early stage of adding ingredients around the mobile orders area (assuming this location has a separate prep area as I have seen in other locations). Though having cheese is not a life or death situation for me, it is a major disappointment and inconvenience of being lactose intolerant. I missed out on having a stress free meal that usually accompanies food delivery. I feel bad for others who deal with this problem regularly and I can only hope that those behind the counter can be less negligent over something that could cause real harm for others who could be much more vocal and mean spirited than a Google review.

Takes forever to order. It’s pretty shocking how terribly run this place is. I’ll walk in with no line, and they still take forever and are always out of protein, rice, veggies. It’s genuinely puzzling.
