  I really want to love this chipotle but I just don’t like the Management can quite get it right. My biggest complaint about the place starts with the fact that I discovered when I tip on the app, none of those tips go to the staff who worked there. I’ve stopped tipping and stopped rounding up altogether as I am suspicious about where this money goes. Next, they get the order right about 70% of the time. I always have to check it before I leave and every time I don’t I’m either missing the main course of one of the meals or I get the wrong thing added in despite specific instructions for the app order. The drive-through works pretty well and I can tell that the workers are working pretty hard. It just seems like this is not a great place to work and the service and food reflect that.

  Guac was not fresh. Have had multiple issues with cleanliness and freshness of orders.

  This is the worst chipotle out of all the restaurants. The employees are rude and never seem happy to be there. They are always sloppy and skimpy with the food. The guacamole is always brown when I order. Go to Damascus or another location.

  I don't eat at Chipotle because its a franchise that's gone downhill. My kids were begging me for food from there so I went but honestly I'm not coming back. They were out of many items. 2 people in line with me walked away because it's so bad with the lack of selection. Then they up charged me on chips because they didn't have regular size bags. The girl at the register gave me attitude when I was asking for the thing that were part of the kids meal order. I had to ask for extra on the rice and beans because they barely poor a scoop of each into my regular bowl order I am a petite person but it's not up to the staff to decide how much food I get. And last of this mess is that the black beans tasted like they had been pooped out of a can, no salt, no flavor. For the same price I should have gone to Lime Chicken that in the neighborhood and serves way better food and service. Keep it up Chipotle.

  This was an expensive "salad" that really wasn't a salad. How do you constitute it as a salad when it has very little lettuce? And, you charge $1 extra for the dressing?? My husband's burrito was larger than my salad. I am grateful I had lettuce to cut up and add to it to make it an actual salad! I had steak added to it and several pieces of the steak were so fatty and chewy, they were inedible. I won't be ordering from them any time soon! I will go to Cafe Rio instead.
