I paid extra for double steak, but the meat had a foul odor and a barnyard-like taste that was not normal. I couldn’t finish my meal because it tasted and smelled so bad. I’ve never tasted steak like that at Chipotle, almost threw up. I’m not from the area just passing through because I would’ve returned and asked for a whole new bowl. It’s frustrating to pay extra for double meat only to have the main part of the meal be inedible. I hope management looks into the quality of the steak because everything else about my visit was positive. But the steak shouldn’t taste like that, almost gamey.

My biggest complaint about the place starts with the fact that I discovered when I tip on the app, none of those tips go to the staff who worked there. I’ve stopped tipping and stopped rounding up altogether as I am suspicious about where this money goes. Next, they get the order right about 70% of the time. I always have to check it before I leave and every time I don’t I’m either missing the main course of one of the meals or I get the wrong thing added in despite specific instructions for the app order. The drive-through works pretty well and I can tell that the workers are working pretty hard. It just seems like this is not a great place to work and the service and food reflect that.
