My orders are often incorrect but tonight is the worst by far, i ordered a quesadilla and what i got was a bowl with all the sides i wanted in my quesadilla. The sticker even shows it was supposed to be a quesadilla so the person making this was too lazy or didn’t care enough. Either way I’ll be making a farther journey to a different location going forward.

Today, April 6, 2026 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:15 pm, my husband visited Chipotle- store# 332 in Westview located in Frederick Md. 21704. He ordered a steak burrito and a salad bowl with 2 cups of cilantro lime dressing. As I was eating my bowl, I pulled out a very significant amount of plastic which seems to be Saran Wrap that was wrapped up scribbled in my salad bowl. After unwrapping it, it was quite a big piece of plastic that had orange color on it. As I continued to look throughout my salad, I found a second piece of plastic that was more prominent to be the edge of a plastic bag / packaging. I’m literally sick to my stomach and will be pursuing this issue.
