  This was my THIRD negative expereince at a Chipotle--and therefore my last. I went in on 9/1/2026 (Monday) at 5:05pm. There were no customers (I believe some people were going through the drive-through). I went up to the place to order, and there was no one there. At that point, one young woman (Latina) came from around the counter and sat down at one of the customers' tables. Then another young woman (black), who seemed to be working the drive-through window, sat down next to her. They both appeared to be taking a break--at the same time!--with no one behind the counter to serve a customer standing there! (There was one person in the back cooking.) I stood there patiently, looking at the different items to decide, thinking that one of them would take my order (or at least say, "Someone will be with you shortly"). But nothing. They purposely and willfully ignored a customer waiting to order a meal. That was the last straw for me with this dump of a fast food place. This level of poor service is simply rude. (I also had negative experiences--once again, poor of customer service--at the Chipotle on W Patrick St (Frederick) and one in Martinsburg). So 3 out of 3 in a couple of months indicates a pattern of poor/no service at Chipotle--not a one off. This also indicates poor managment and lack of training. As I was leaving, I turned around to the two female employees sitting there and said, "Does anyone work here?" The Latina, with an attitude, grumbled "Yes," but it was clear she didn't want to work or deal with a customer. So I gladly left. As a result of this third and final insult, I will NEVER return to ANY Chipotle, a place I used to frequent often due to the healthy (compared to burgers and fries) options and pretty good taste. But without good customer service, I wouldn't go to the best tasting place. It's a waste of time and insulting. Who needs this when they just want to order a meal? I hope Chipotle goes out of business. I will steer everyone I can away from it. In fact, as I was walking to my car , I saw someone approaching. I informed them, "No one is working in that place." That person said, "Thanks," and turned around and got back in their car. So I did my good deed for the day: Preventing someone from having a pointlessly negative experience at this dump. Adios!

  the girl gave me a TON of guac, I was like woah this girl must be new and hooking us up with good portions lol when I say a ton I mean like double the normal amount. when I get home I take a bite and am hit with an overpowering amount of salt. I narrowed it down to the salt being from the guac and realized they probably added to much salt and they were giving double to get rid of it, which I completely wasted money cause I cant even eat it and it ruined the whole bowl. very disappointed since its been a while since I've came here and will probably be a whole before I go back, my stomach is kinda hurting too.

  I don't like to leave reviews but my bowl had less then 10 tiny pieces of chicken. The place was busy but that doesnt make it right. My bowl had almost no lettuce, no corn and less than a spoon of pico! Items were running out and instead of waiting to refill they closed it up. I hadn't gotten a chance to see it made because I ordered for my kids first and Myself last. I assumed they waited to get more before sending it down.

  so i did find a nice black long hair in my food, im not super grossed out by hair but obviously its cause for concern. Just keep the hair up 🙏🏻
