- JWJared Wilmer4 days ago1.0This Chipotle might just be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The last three times I have been here I have stood in line for 20+ minutes. These visits were NOT during peak hours. They were all after 9pm, well after the dinner rush. On all three of these occasions I observed staff moving slowly, socializing, and sometimes disappearing entirely right in the middle of serving for 1-2 minutes at a time (not to go do work at another station - just gone into the back). When I finally was served, I received about 60% of the quantity that other Chipotle restaurants provide. In addition, they were missing about 1/3 of their meal and toppings options. If you want to waste your time in line and then get about half the food you're supposed to get... this is your place. I hate to leave negative reviews but corporate needs to fix this place. Edit: I've now had food poisoning symptoms since eating there last night. Fantastic.

Kid putting lettuce and cheese on kept touching his clothes so I made him get new gloves for mine. I FOUND A FINGER FROM A GLOVE IN MY FOOD AND PUKED.

The staff served the smallest portion of food I’ve ever received at a chipotle since they’ve opened, they rushed me and were extremely rude. I had the tiniest bit of rice in my burrito along with a tiny portion of protein, it was a complete rip off. The Hagerstown chipotle is nothing like this, I’ll be taking my business to Cafe Rio instead.
