  Took us over an hour to get our food, staff seemed to be inefficient. Had 3 people on online orders and 1 in the in person order line. Cashier didn’t help with toppings. Staff members were on the phone and would walk away. Line was out the door and no adjustments were made. No guac. No forks. Shout out to the older lady. She was a trooper by herself.

  We have had many problems with this chipotle One time my husband got it for us and the beans were so burned you couldn’t eat them I brought it back and the manager always seems like she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there and gave me so much attitude I told her if she didn’t believe me she should try the beans they are serving people she rolled her eyes and walked away. They have had a line out the door and the manager is just standing there not helping the 1 older lady always working. This time she said they ran out of guac and walked away let the kid employee deal with the line I did not take my food I just walked away. They need a new manager one that cares about their job

  i was trying to explain to the cashier they had marked my protein incorrectly, he proceeded to ask his manger who was on the line and she doubled down on the incorrectly protein, I did not want to cause a scene so I felt pressured to pay the amount (20.35$) That was literally a burrito with half chicken half steak. This is the worst chipotle in Frederick by far, do yourself make that drive to the wormans mill location.

  Okay first off , every table was disgusting and the floors were gross and secondly, I asked for a kids bowl and they looked at me like I was crazy, like take what comes in a kid taco and place it in a bowl, and no one spoke to me, no hi, how are you, what else would you like literally nothing, after getting a adult size bowl for my 4 year old I decided to just split it with him and so while checking out I asked for an empty bowl and holy smokes they were so confused as to why I need another bowl and took literally almost 4 mins of just saying I needed an empty bowl to get one. Moral of the story is that this location is dirty not kind or responsive, or any way helpful. Hopefully management fixes this location

  TERRIBLE experience at this location. First time at this location and the service was unacceptable. All staff had very bad attitudes and were barely giving full scoops for any topping. When asked to add more the attitude worsened. Left with a very empty bowl due to stinginess. Don’t see the point in being stingy when the point is to fill people’s bowls, It’s not like it’s coming out of the workers pocket directly. Also forgot to add our chips to our order when it was the first thing I mentioned at the register which led to another transaction. Very bad experience, will not be back. Don’t recommend!!
