  This chipotle has stale chips, not made fresh daily, when I told them they were stale they just scoffed and gave me more stale chips.

  the workers here don’t understand what a serving is. they are sloppy, hate their job and ration out on the portions so they don’t have to prep and cook as much. prime laziness. workers always have an attitude when you mention anything no wonder why this is known as the worst chipotle in frederick.

  The older ladies gatekeep the meat like it’s their first born child. Visited today at 2:00pm, and they had the oldest woman doing the hardest job- rice and meat. It’s the same most times I’m in here, one night they had a lady that was at least 60 doing rice and meat while the younger generation was working the easy jobs and the line was backed out the door because the bottleneck was her. I asked for double meat and she gave me a little scoop more, I asked for more meat and she just looked at me. It’s hilarious at this point and almost guaranteed to get back talked if you politely ask for more meat. If you want your full serving size see any of the other chipotle locations in Frederick. Your CEO made an ad saying if you want more meat, just ask for it. I blame management, these ladies are just doing what they think is right.

  What a terrible experience! A senior female employee was making a show of berating what was likely a new male employee. Rather than help him, she kept criticizing him in front of the customers. She opened 3 proteins cups for the customers in front of me and proceeded to point out that the other employee had put too much meat in them. She proceeded to scoop meat out of the cups and put them back into the food bins. Unfortunately, she was getting such joy out of berating the new guy that she didn’t notice she was putting the meat back in the wrong bin. The customer had to tell her what she was doing. At that point, she scooped the meat back out of the bin and threw it in the trash. So she didn’t end up saving anything. When I placed my order the new employee asked another male worker for assistance. He followed their direction. When he passed the tacos to mean senior female, she looked at me and said, these are double meat. I didn’t respond - if I had, it wouldn’t have been good. She then proceeded to yell out to 2 other employees pointing out the mistake. How mortifying for the new young man. I mentioned to another worker on the way out that I thought the woman’s behavior was very unprofessional. She acted like she didn’t hear me. Then I realized that the senior woman might be a manager - oh goodness, I hope not!

  This is the first time happening to me with a "Supervisor"!!!! As I was doing my order, there was a nice worker taking my order till she grabbed my bowl and started to put what she wants!!!! I told her to put the tomato salad she put the lettuce instead 🙄 when I told her no I do not want it she got mad at me and grabbed it and squeezed it with her hand and throw it in the trush! I got offended and she did not like it and she starts ignoring me and when I told her I do not want the food anymore, She grabbed it with a huge anger and throw it! Her name was Norma and they told me she is the supervisor when I asked to complain to her supervisor!!! Is this really how you treat your customers? Is this how you make a good impression to your employees to follow. What a terrible service and employee. I was a supervisor before, I never treated a customer like this! If you have problems at home deal with it and leave at home. When you are at work, you must forcus and be nice with everyone. Norma should not continue to be a supervisor. She has no clue for the job. No more Chipotle food anymore because of her. Rude, impolite and ill-manner person! I wish I can give no star to rate this place but in vain.
