  Take out N delivery reviews. They were so patient with me N my SHEnanigans/issu3s. smh they got my order right N evrytng of course I tipped in ca$h coz I was soooooo happy jus to be able to rush home quicck BUT I had to run back in N thank them 4 actually getn my order right, delivery on PoINt as well. So... long story short, I HAD to go back in N thank them. Ya feel me? Lmfao yup thas a11. Will be ordering again next time me N kiwi gunna eat outside 😋 N if Im afraid to leave da house it'll be delivery, thx team!! Much appreciated 💜 food is so yummy 2. mmm

  Every single time we get delivery from this chipotle they mess our food up. They totally messed up two of our orders then offered a 2 free entrees. However, when redeeming it you have to add more food for it to be delivered, therefore it’s spending even more money. The food isn’t terrible just the workers always mess up the orders BADLY!!!

  I ordered a burrito, a kids meal, two bags of chips, a large queso, and a soda this evening. I typically place mobile orders, but due to time constraints, I ordered in person at the counter around 8:30 p.m. There was no line at the time. We live approximately 35 minutes away, so it was very disappointing to get home and realize the kids meal was missing the meat entirely. The meal was supposed to include chicken tacos. Unfortunately, this showed a lack of care when packing the order. Having to prepare an additional dinner so late at night because the main protein was missing was extremely frustrating. I’m hoping the team at this Chipotle location sees this feedback so greater attention can be given to order accuracy moving forward and another customer does not experience the same issue. Make sure you check your order before leaving!!

  I don’t usually complain, but this experience was honestly ridiculous. I ordered a bowl from Chipotle and what I got was embarrassingly small. It looked like they barely put anything in it—like they were rationing ingredients or something. For the price you’re paying, you expect a decent portion, not a half-empty container that leaves you still hungry. On top of that, the portions were uneven, barely any protein, and it just felt rushed and careless. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, which makes it even more frustrating. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least be consistent with your servings. Definitely not worth the money this time. I left disappointed and still hungry.

  It was my kid’s birthday and she wanted Chipotle. We did an online order to pick up. Although our bowls were labeled correctly, what was inside was all mixed up between the two- things for her bowl were in mine and vice versa. I drove back and showed them, so they remade the bowls, and I drove back home… only to find they were again incorrect! I had already wasted an hour of my daughter’s birthday just trying to get dinner, so we ate them and picked off what didn’t belong in our bowls. She ordered from there again last night and woke up sick early this morning. I get the sense this place is poorly run, and employees are not paying attention or giving any care to what they’re doing. If you can’t read an order and scoop the right things into the right bowls, you probably aren’t paying much attention to food safety or hygiene protocols either. We’re done with this location until they make some changes!
