  This place by far has the BEST food. I've been coming to Frederick for work for a little over a month and I always come here for food! The people are wonderful! Antonio was super helpful, thank you! Next time I will definitely have to dine in!

  Went in today and Laura was amazing! She was so sweet and very welcoming:), very soft spoken as well and helped me, no trouble at all and she seemed very patient and had great energy. Thank you Laura.

  Anderson was an absolute gem. He helped me choose which options went well together and because I had a long drive home he separated my choices so they wouldn’t sit and mix. Thank you so much Anderson. I have always liked Cava but your customer service made me love it.
