  Sure it's a chain restaurant, but they've been very accommodating for World Cup soccer fans. Excellent, friendly service and no shortage of big screens. My go-to sports bar in Frederick.

  Avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings. They consistently have sticky menus, sticky tables and floors, weirdly unfriendly waiters, salty wings, below average burgers, and the service takes forever because they’re badly understaffed. I’m a local and after giving this place a few tries I gave up on it. Last night was the last time my family dinned there.

  We were here on a Friday night during the World Cup, it was such a great community, there was chatter and laughter filling the air. Our server- Kevin was amazing, he made sure we were all taken care of and was so kind to us.

  The food is always very good. The service is always quick and attentive. The prices are comparable. Can't ask for much more from a mid range restaurant. Recommend

  I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent visit at 210 Shorebird St Frederick, MD 21701 location. As someone who lives close by, I have visited this restaurant frequently, but unfortunately, I have noticed an ongoing lack of attentiveness that culminated in a very frustrating experience during my last visit. When my party was seated, our waitress consistently failed to check on us. Every time she walked past our table, we tried to get her attention, but she would not even look in our direction, appearing entirely distracted by her surroundings and the location was empty so it’s not like there was other people she was attending in our section. When she finally took our order, I clearly requested five Parmesan Garlic boneless wings and five BBQ boneless wings. She repeated the order back to me immediately, and everyone at my table heard it. However, when our food arrived, all of the wings were Parmesan Garlic. When I mentioned the mistake to our waitress, she told me, "You didn't tell me, I didn't write it down." Essentially, because she failed to write down what she had just repeated, my party was made to look like we were in the wrong. Because I am the type of customer who prefers not to send food back to the kitchen, I did not want to risk any issues with my meal. Instead, I had to order an additional five BBQ wings just to get what I originally asked for. Given that this is not the first time I have experienced a lack of care and interest at this location, I felt it was important to reach out. I strongly believe that more customer service and order-taking training should be implemented for your waitstaff so that guests do not have to pay extra for an employee's mistake. I hope you will take this feedback constructively to help improve the dining experience at a restaurant that is otherwise so conveniently located for me.
