  I only get Bojangles a few times every few years. This trip was my first since 2020. I was super excited as I started my cross country trip. I stopped at this Bojangles in Western PA and it was everything I expected it to be. The chicken biscuit with egg is my all time favorite. It was fresh and hot and if course the biscuit was buttery and scrumptious. I also had a Suasage biscuit as sort of dessert 😂 I wish there was a Bojangles in WA or OR.

  Apart from the food being mid in general, hearing the young man in the kitchen which by the way is really kind, was fired for “not working fast enough” and being the only one in the kitchen is insane. maybe stop being cheap and hire more cooks in the kitchen? hope this helps :)

  I just have to tell you how impressed I was with this restaurant. In my 64 years, I've never been in a fast food restaurant where the employees were this friendly, helpful, or efficient! The food was hot and prepared to perfection. You also keep it very clean...including the restrooms. Thank you, your efforts do not go unnoticed. Five stars simply are not enough.

  All the lights were on outside and inside the restaurant the monitors were on inside. The restaurant. Looks like they had orders up on it. I take and place an order at the box which it lets me and it asked me if that was everything. What sauces the whole night then when I pull up to the window, I'm sitting and I am waiting and waiting and there's nobody there. They are closed not once at the speaker box. Did it say that they were closed? They just let you sit there in order and then sit at the box I'm not from the area so I had no idea if they were opened or not do better closure drive-through down.

  IT’S BO TIME! Our daughter is a very picky eater, and this particular Bojangles is hands-down her favorite restaurant—which says a lot. Every visit, the food is hot, fresh, and consistent. Our orders are almost always spot-on, and on the rare occasion something is slightly off, the staff handles it immediately without hesitation. As a family, we’re very selective about where we eat due to past experiences with food safety, so finding a place we can truly trust is huge. This Bojangles has become our go-to “safe spot,” and a big reason for that is the store manager. When she’s there, the whole place feels different—in the best way. She leads with kindness, confidence, and genuine care. You can see how she supports her team, coaches them, and empowers them to lead. It’s the kind of leadership that stands out and makes a lasting impression. The dining area is always clean, the kitchen appears well-maintained, and the service is quick but still relaxed and welcoming. Nothing ever feels like it’s been sitting around—everything tastes fresh and made with care. Bojangles should be incredibly proud to have a manager like her. She’s a big part of why we keep coming back.
