- JKJobby KurianMar 30, 20261.0Called Baskins Robins via phone to get information on birthday ice cream cakes and got a rude male voice around 4:45pm on Sunday 3/29/26 who stated " it is whatever we have in the fridge". He was not willing to give me flavors or sizes and hung up on myself and my wife who both called. We took our business to another franchise where we bought 2 cakes and blizzards with such friendly service. Interesting to see the other reviews on this location and how they manage to stay open. Either management needs to change staff or corporate needs to change management !!

Out of product, last two times we went they were out of Mint Chocolate Chip! w/in a two week span. 2. I was advised to not get my son's Rainbow Sherbet on a cone, she told me it would fall off and wanted to put it in a cup. We got it on a cone (as we always do) and it was fine, as per usual. 3. The regular scoops were airy and light and small. I just feel like it's always something at this store.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
