- RWRobin M WilliamsMay 3, 20264.0I was a customer at the fort.Washington store at nine eighty e swan creek iand observed 2 hispanic ladies being loud. After a young lady who was on the window, asked them politely to quiet down they did not. I believe the manager laughed along with them very disrespectful and not a good impression at all. I asked to speak to the manager. She came to the front. I explained to her what I observed, and she was very dismissive. She would not give her name and said she was handling it in which she was not.The ladies continued to laugh and smirk, only when I spoke to her, did they stop. I told her I would contact the owner of the tropical.Smoothie, and said you can't contact the owner. This is not the first time i've come to this tropical smoothie.And the hispanic ladies were. I just know you would never get this attitude and other locations.
