Ran out of certain ingredients that costed extra but stated they couldn't reimburse me for the missing ingredients. The apps should be updated at all times what ingredients are available. Offering me another item without all the ingredients isn't the same thing & I had to come back to get it becausethey forgot to give it to me. Then when bit into, they put most ingredients on 1 side of all burritos which isn't how the pictures on taco bell advertise.

The young lady that served me and my daughter was truly awesome. She works the Wednesday shift. Girl I wish I could give you more stars. Stay sweet and awesome. She was working the drive through.

Absolutely nasty! The lady making nachos & fries left out of the store taking a bag. She then returned with those same gloves, Never washing her hands or changing her gloves, & continued digging her hands in the nachos & then started making fries! This all after leaving & returning & touching door handles. I left without getting the order!

Very Slow location. So many employees doing nothing. Came for a pick up order. Took several minutes before someone acknowledged that i was in the store. The order hadn’t started being prepared. Meanwhile one employee just made their own meal and sat down to eat. I do deliveries and this is by far the most poorly managed location.
