When my curbside order was brought out to my car, the employee didn’t say hello, make any eye contact, or acknowledge me in any way. She simply handed me the bag and walked away. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this type of customer service. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If you don’t enjoy your job, please don’t take it out on the customers. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Now I got an alert that my order was ready at 4 o’clock. I got there at At 5:45 PM waited until 6 o’clock, and then I called into the store. The person that picked up said she was the manager and said that they were working on the order. I said it said it was ready at 4 o’clock now I know sometimes they can get busy but I have been the only one in the curbside pick up area at 6:20. She brings me out my order. The lady stands there. I said hi how are you? She said where do you want your order through my stuff in my car and then walked away now normally I don’t write a review but this is the third time in a few months that I’ve came and had this issue so I will not be returning to the Safeway anymore. I will just go to Giant where they have friendly people.
