    Absolutely the worst pizza order/delivery I’ve ever had. Took over two hours to arrive. I called and asked where it was after 1.5 hours, the man unapologetically said it’ll be there shortly, that he only had one driver, and it’ll be fresh even though it had been so long. When I called a second time, after 2 hours, to tell them I never received the pizza, and asked for a refund, he literally hung up on me. It finally arrived without the 2 sauces I ordered, the top of the box bent into the pizza and everything was absolutely cold. I filled a complaint with corporate.

    If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. These people hate their job and dont want to do it for example GETTING THE ORDER CORRECT IS BARE MINIMUM.why have this store open anyways? I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the level of customer service we received tonight. We ordered two pizzas, and as Muslims, we do not eat pepperoni. Despite ordering correctly, one of the pizzas arrived with pepperoni covering half of it. Because of our religious beliefs, that half of the pizza was completely inedible. I've attached photos as proof. The most upsetting part wasn't even the mistake it was how the employees handled it. As soon as the delivery driver left, I immediately called the store. There was still plenty of time before closing (the store closes at 1:00 AM, not midnight), yet no one would properly answer the phone. Multiple times someone picked up only to immediately hang up. Other times, I could hear employees breathing and loud music playing in the background before they disconnected the call. I even called from a different phone thinking my number was being ignored since i just put the order and automator noticed me, and the exact same thing happened. It was obvious they were intentionally avoiding customers. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The manager clearly is not supervising the store or holding employees accountable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to answer the phone or help a customer is inexcusable. To make matters worse, I tipped $10 on a $37 order because I wanted to show appreciation for the driver, especially with the rain and high gas prices even though the store is only about five minutes from my house. Instead, our family gathering was ruined. There were five of us, and because one pizza couldn't be eaten and no one at the store would help us, some of us didn't have enough food and we had to spend even more money ordering from another restaurant. I will be coming to the store in the morning, and I sincerely hope a manager is there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

    I ordered food from the place and I had yet to get it even though it had said on its app that it was delivered. Confused I had tried to call the place only to be met with an AI worker and after I had tried to get an actual provider of the place only for it to say they could not get me one at the time and hung up on me despite me calling numerous times.

    When a delivery order says ring bell. You do have your drivers put the pizzas in front of the screen door and bounce without notice. You cause issues for a wheelchair user (thus the ramp) and block a path out of a house. Frankly if serving food on the ground is acceptable to this facility the health department should get involved.
