  Multiple occasions where they do not give me ranch. Just today they gave me 2/3 drinks and the two were incorrect and I was supposed to get 3 ranch dips and received ZERO. Not even 1 as to say maybe they ran out. They gave me plain dry wings when I ordered ones with sauce. Just a couple months ago I placed an order for pick up and called for it to be changed to delivery (because I had recently had a baby and couldn’t make it out there). They had me place a second order and said the other one would be refunded. I called them 4 times after that about the refund for the first pick up order and to this day I have not received it.

  Wingstop, 3443 Donnell Dr, Forestville MD, 20747. Nasty as hell. That night shift crew that worked June,18, 2026 attitudes nasty as hell. The place was dirty and no ice in the machine. They made all of the doordash orders before any walk-ins. The lady with the long ponytail talking to people crazy can't ask her anything without a snappy come back. The boneless chicken were smaller than Mcdonalds chicken nuggets, I thought it was popcorn chicken. The bone-in wings no flavor like they didn't want to place the seasoning on the wings. Im never going back, im tired of them. The one time i choose to go they are rude and nasty. Everybody needs go.

  The young lady named Rain working the register today has the most amazing customer service. She confirmed my order and also checked to make sure that everything was up to par. She was very sweet and pleasant and you don’t get that type of customer service nowadays, especially in this area. I hope that this review will somehow reach her And encourage her to keep Up the great work, because youre doing amazing and hopefully your disposition will catapult you into an even higher position. Thank you for making my experience great.

  I’m reaching out to share a concern about a recent order I received. Unfortunately, the wings did not meet expectations in both appearance and taste. The chicken looked and tasted old, with a texture and flavor that seemed off and not fresh. The presentation was also concerning, as the wings appeared dry and unappetizing. I’ve attached photos for reference so you can see exactly what I experienced. I’m bringing this to your attention because I’ve had better experiences before and hope this was just an isolated issue. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know how it can be resolved. Update: The manager, Marc, called me asking for proof. I already emailed them pictures. This Wingstop needs to be shut down the workers are rude, and the wings are never fresh. Manager saying come bring receipts I got it delivered I don’t have a car or gas to drive all the way there.
