- AOAdeola OgunbaJul 13, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent delivery experience. I paid the delivery fee because I was busy at home and expected my order to be delivered to my door. Instead, the driver called and asked me to come downstairs to pick up the pizza. When I explained that I couldn't come down, I immediately became concerned about how my order would be handled. When the driver finally delivered the pizza, the security camera showed that he appeared visibly upset. I thanked him, but he did not respond. When I opened the order, the safety seal had already been lifted, the pizza box was partially open, and the pizza itself had shifted and was no longer properly arranged. Because the seal had been broken, I could not be confident that my food had not been tampered with, so I did not feel comfortable eating it. I contacted customer service, but the representative did not seem concerned about the condition of my order or my experience. I had no choice but to place another order, and this time I decided to pick it up myself. This entire experience has left me very disappointed. I paid for a delivery service that I did not receive, received food in unacceptable condition, and did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. As a result, I have decided that I will no longer order from this branch. I hope this complaint is taken seriously so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
