Gives chipotle a bad look due to the incompetent employees that don’t even greet you as you literally stand there waiting to be helped while they go about their business. Online orders ALWAYS take 20+ minutes after the time it was set to be done. While people that walk in are served before you… as you continue to wait. Most bizarre and unbelievably inconsiderate employees. Sounds like the store needs to be closed down.

George wanted to charge me extra for a side of shredded cheese. Now I’ve never ever heard that before ever at any chipotle I do it every time I go. It wasn’t that though, it was how GEORGE said it, with a rude tone and a threatening attitude. George acted like he ran the joint like it was a bar from the 60s. I told George, I’ve never heard that before in my life and George said I’M THE NEW MANAGER AND I RUN THE STORE. Like bro you work at a chipotle like chill… George was very rude. George looked like he just woke up. Even if George was just a cashier he was very unprofessional and way too cocky for his petty position. I’ve been to this location 100+ times and will not ever be going back. GEORGE IS NO GO! I do not like the new management.
