- BBB B4 days ago1.0George, the new manager was very rude. I mean his customer service skills may be some of the worst I’ve seen and I work in the sales world. George wanted to charge me extra for a side of shredded cheese. Now I’ve never ever heard that before ever at any chipotle I do it every time I go. It wasn’t that though, it was how GEORGE said it, with a rude tone and a threatening attitude. George acted like he ran the joint like it was a bar from the 60s. I told George, I’ve never heard that before in my life and George said I’M THE NEW MANAGER AND I RUN THE STORE. Like bro you work at a chipotle like chill… George was very rude. George looked like he just woke up. Even if George was just a cashier he was very unprofessional and way too cocky for his petty position. I’ve been to this location 100+ times and will not ever be going back. GEORGE IS NO GO! I do not like the new management.

The service was good, did not have to wait long and the blonde girl was super sweet to me, I am very new to online ordering and she was helpful! I go here every month around 2 times and its always very delicious! Im not sure the atmosphere I have never sat inside.
