  How are they going to say they are open until 11pm at the Forest Hill location and then when I get there at 9:15pm they tell me and other people walking in they are only taking online orders and can't take our orders. Not to mention with THREE girls standing around the counter talking to each other. That's fine, I enjoyed my sub from Wawa! Wawa never let's me down. 😉

  This place is awful. Always out of ingredients, machines broken out of stalk of everything. Not enough hired so people that are there are scrambling. We will avoid this location now because of how awful the options are.

  Awful! Everytime I go here there is a new problem. Either not enough food made- leaving you waiting over an hour for a placed ahead mobile order, wrong items in your order, or wrong add ins in your food. I love going here as it is convenient and close but, I’m struggling to validate coming here when there’s just repeated mistakes.

  I had an awful experience at this location. First off staff was rude and had headphones in when talking to customers. I had placed an online order at the wrong location, which was this location. In hopes to cancel my order I called SIX times and not once did they answer! Since I was at work and could not leave I had to go pick up the food three hours later and they refused to re make it, though this was partially my fault, they should have answered the phone. I am very disappointed with my experience, please take your business elsewhere.

  Chipotle on average is great but it's been suffering a quality issue. As a die hard burrito lover, I go around the country and eat at these, and there is a growing problem. More and more Chipotles are dirty--dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty kitchens, dirty prep area. This one is dirty in all those ways. The burritos a badly wrapped in foil and fall apart too easily. Customer service is flat, which is fine, I didn't come here to have a conversation, but I'd say it's slightly less friendly than interacting with a neutral robot. If you're a burrito lover in this area, hit up the nearby Qdoba or even a taco truck instead.
