  There Was hair in the fries the fries are soggy, and really greasy and floppy and a few of the workers at the drive-through are rude

  The Federalsburg MD location at 9:32 pm the doors supposed to be open in the lobby area up too 10 pm. Why is it that both doors are locked you see people walking around and not paying you no mine but on the door it clearly says lobby closes Monday 10 PM and online it is 11 PM so I’m not understanding but somebody need to get it straight because it’s a inconvenience to the customer not everybody want drive through some people want to sit down even if it’s the last 20 minutes so you can sit down and enjoy your food management need to really get on the doors being locked at 10 PM (why) and if a Manager work tonight look at the schedule somebody over that manager should get on that manager about the doors being locked too soon. It’s an inconvenience to the customers.

  Doesn't know how to properly handle a doordash. Messed up or missing items every other order.

  Twice within 3 days drive through lanes were ignored. First outside then inside. This has got to be the most incompetent McDonald's in the US. Both days had to drive around and tell person at pay window II had an on-line order, already paid for, to pickup. Avoid at all costs.

  This is my favorite McDonald's. We drive past other McDonald's to come here. The staff are so sweet to my grandkids, always pleasant. The food is always good. The fries are always crispy never soggy.
