  This morning I was having a rough start to my day. Walked in to get my coffee to pleasant staff, smiling and saying good morning. I grab my app order, go to my car, reach to move something out of my front seat and knocked my entire iced coffee all over my front seat. I walked in and asked the manager (I am sorry I didn't catch his name) if I could borrow a roll of paper towels because I had spilled my coffee. He handed them to me without hesitation and told me to bring my ticket back in so he could make me another drink. He made it, brought it out to me and then walked in to grab some wet towels to clean my seats. I've always had a great experience when coming here but this one helped salvage my morning. Thank you to the Manager on 7/28 around 735am. I truly appreciate your generosity!!

  Two people on a Sunday after you just opened is unacceptable. Quite few order mistakes are being made including my own order. It was addressed but the problem seems to be staffing related. Alot of people were having to wait an extended amount of time for their orders to be filled. Maybe hire more back of the house since allot of people use the app.
