  When we first started going here the food and drinks were fine. Not sure if they changed staff or management but after a month the food started not being cooked all the way, the drinks started having way to much syrups in them it made them hard to drink. Today after not going there for a bit I ordered a coffee, same as I do at any other dunkin, and it is the most nastiest coffee I have ever tasted in my life! I took a sip and had to spit it out! It made my stomach upset it was so disgusting! If you have a car I recommend going the extra mile to a different dunkin this one seems like they just mess food up on purpose because there's no way my stuff should have tasted this way! After being a dunkin lover for 20+ years this place is a disappointment to the business!!

  The facilities are in excellent condition, someone is doing something right! Very clean bathrooms

  This morning I was having a rough start to my day. Walked in to get my coffee to pleasant staff, smiling and saying good morning. I grab my app order, go to my car, reach to move something out of my front seat and knocked my entire iced coffee all over my front seat. I walked in and asked the manager (I am sorry I didn't catch his name) if I could borrow a roll of paper towels because I had spilled my coffee. He handed them to me without hesitation and told me to bring my ticket back in so he could make me another drink. He made it, brought it out to me and then walked in to grab some wet towels to clean my seats. I've always had a great experience when coming here but this one helped salvage my morning. Thank you to the Manager on 7/28 around 735am. I truly appreciate your generosity!!
