- LMLuke Mbongo4 days ago3.0My 5 year old son burned his hands in the bathroom at this location and both attempts to address it with the shift manager were pointless. These no-handle sensor sinks have a pre set temp and it was heating up way beyond anything a person could handle. No sign taped to the wall to warn, nothing. As a customer, I can’t care about the facility more than an employee, let alone manager. Food was standard chipotle. The service from the line employees was good, but the manager on shift was about as apathetic as I’ve ever seen.

This evening I placed a mobile order for the drive thru. The girl handling us was the most disrespectful and ignorant person I have ever met. She told us they didn’t have chips and I would need to go “get it refunded on the app” which doesn’t seem possible. When I asked her how to get it refunded she slammed the drive thru window on me. Went inside to get the situation handled and I was met with the most unprofessional atmosphere. I asked for a voucher or some sort of a compensation for the chips I paid for and suggested 2 drinks, they tried to give me two water cups and when I asked for larges the man at the counter rolled his eyes. Get home to eat our food and the bowls were half full and did not even have the right ingredients in them and the Mr Pibb was low on caramel and tasted like sparkling water.
