- MCMidget ColemanAug 10, 20261.0I’ve been ordering from Pizza Boli’s for well over 20 years, and unfortunately, the level of service has completely gone downhill. This is the second day my wife has had an issue with an order. Yesterday, they forgot the sauce for her gyro even though she was charged for it, and the gyro meat tasted old. We were willing to give them another chance and place another order today, but the manager, Habibi, insisted that delivery would be $17. After ordering from this location for more than 20 years, I knew that didn’t sound right. What’s most disappointing is the lack of customer service and consistency. When customers are paying for food and additional items, they should receive what they paid for and be treated respectfully when there is a problem. I will say that Adam is the one manager who has consistently provided great customer service. He is always respectful, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the overall service at this location is nowhere near what it used to be.
