  Would be five stars had it not been for the AGGRESSIVE white woman with tattoos that works customer service (NOT LOSS PREVENTION) I have been a customer here for over 4yrs and never had a problem. On 8/27/2026 around 8:30am in the self check out line with 6 cameras and an associate (Shawn) monitoring me I began to peacefully scan my groceries. I have a disorder where I have to organize things by size which is why I choose self check out. I held a packet of Oregano from Badia in my right hand as it was the smallest item before my lemons which were the last thing in my basket to be scanned. I finished scanning my bigger items and had them neatly placed in the scanned section of the register. I then scanned the seasonings and laid it neatly on top of my already scanned pile of groceries. Completing all packaged goods I went to grab my unscanned lemons. Out of know where I feel a shove from my right, I look over my right shoulder to witness this Aggressive white lady with tattoos going through my scanned pile destroying the organization with no explanation. I felt so violated and uncomfortable! I then made a disgruntled face and before I could speak the aggressive woman finally spoke saying “where is the seasoning packet” Still confused on who she is as she did not introduce of identify herself. I point at the packet of seasonings sitting at the top of the scanned pile. She then responded “ohhh well you didn’t scan it” Still in shock I pointed to the register which shows that the packet of seasonings is and was in fact SCANNED. After realizing she was incorrect instead of apologizing for her error she began to get even more aggressive after I stated “ you don’t just come into peoples space like that” She then responded “This is how we do things sometimes we just walk around an do stuff like this” I was so in easy I didn’t feel comfortable spending my money here anymore. I left the groceries there and didn’t spend a dime. After speaking with a manager and requesting to file a complaint. I was told that he would “speak” with the woman. No apology ever received from the aggressive woman. The aggressive white woman has bullied many other customers. From the parking lot to the register. Way to go Food lion With this being the only grocery store in the area because shoppers closed down is heart breaking… Have to find a new place to grocery shop now.

  Nice store, nice looking fruit and vegetables, lunch meats looks good however the 2 guys behind the counter were very slowwww, and not to friendly. However the checkout girl was super friendly and helpful always with a big smile. Everything goes in paper bags.

  White hair lady. With glasses .At customer service desk is a real nasty person. Very rude.
