  Where to begin? First of all, McDonald's makes a profit when they sell a regular filet-o-fish sandwich and a substantial one at that! So, when a customer pays an extra 35 cents for extra tartar sauce, one should expect that they at least get 30 or 25 or 15 or at least 10 cents worth of extra tartar sauce! You've already made money on the sandwich! Besides, your fish isn't all that substantial so, it's the tartar sauce I'm after in the first place! Secondly at $122.59 an hour that you pay your employees, (it must be at least that much going by the prices of your food?) Is it too much to ask that you find workers who can be trained to put the fish or meat of a sandwich somewhere near the middle of the bun instead of gluing it to the side of the box with the cheese that is intended to keep it in the center of the bun? Thirdly, I'm assuming it is not standard practice but during this visit my filet of fish had some sort of a small winged bug stuck in the tartar sauce inside the box. Look, these things happen so, I'm not really too upset about that. He didn't eat much and I was able to extricate him with a burnt piece of french fry that I wasn't going to eat anyway. Besides it seems you all have enough to do just trying to place the meat on the bun. All in all this particular McDonald's is a hair better than average and I wouldn't normally even bother with a review. However, with the crazy price increases of these places, it's time to push back!

  Ordered food before 10:30 but because I made it there a little after 10:30. She refused to give me my food they already made and paid for. And admitted she threw food away and cancelled my order and lied about giving my money back. I spoke to a manager from there who was off shift after this happened and she could not believe it and Had told me to immediately contact corporate and send in information. Liers and completely unprofessional and rude. To throw my food away is just unacceptable. Also contacted a friend who was once a manager at the exact same location and she was said that if my order and money was already accepted and made they had absolutely no right to throw my food away and cancel my order. And worse part it was a manager working her shift that did this. I have never been done so poorly and treated so bad in all my years of going to mcds. This was by far the absolute worse experience. Why would u waste food and cancel someone's order and then get crappy. UPDATE- SPOKE TO CORPORATE AND NOTHING IS ACTUALLY BEING DONE TO FIX ANYTHING. JUST A EMAIL APOLOGY.... SHOWED PROOF OF EVERYTHING AND STILL NOTHING.... BEWARE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT IMPORTANT AND DO NOT MATTER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. MANAGERS ARE ALLOWED TO SAY AND DO WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE!!!!!
