Date of visit 7/19 through the drive thru, ticket number 7689 at 7:47 a.m.. to the young lady whom served me at the window, thank you. Thank you for understanding that juggling three little ones needs while also sitiating myself in order to be ready to receive what I had ordered, however upon getting myself prepared after paying; Due to her, and her teams quick service, drinks were being handed to me way before I was ready or even looking. Did I get a “due,” or a “excuse me?” No, I got a polite, patient young lady that was very respectful and also very conceptually aware. I noticed hiring signs, I will say after my time in retail management, the need for hiring will always be there however, if you are constantly sinking and working your solid team members to death, except them to leave eventually. Sometimes being the leaders means staying late to put in the necessary time and effort needed to rebuild your team. If you need two people, hire 5, you’ll end up with about 2-3 that stick it out and are reliable, however, have the young lady that served me train them. And if she isn’t in management already, I’d highly suggest devoting your time into cultivating the next store manager for that location. Wish I had a name, however the date, ticket number, and time stamp are accurate so finding out who it is shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you to the young lady who quietly provided some of the best retail service I’ve ever received, it’s funny how being conceptually aware, and observant of your colleagues and most importantly your customers can make or break.
