  I ordered delivery directly from the store website. After check out, I receive a message that a ‘dasher’ was on the way- delivery by a third party was not transparent prior to checkout. He left (or was not given) my entire order. When I said I was missing items, he said ‘no’ and ‘that’s not possible’ and after a brief back and forth of explaining what I ordered, he told me to call the store. I called the store, no answer. Called again, and the person who answered told me he left a bag and drinks and to tell him to come back. I messaged the dasher’s number twice, no response. I called the store the next day (today) and was told to call doordash. I explained I do not have a DoorDash account and was told deliveries go through them even if ordering directly from the store and to ‘look up their number’. I googled and called DoorDash, and apparently with ordering with Wingstop, I now have an account that I did not want. DD tells me to call Wingstop corporate bc it wasn’t placed through DoorDash and provided the phone number. I called the number and got an agent who answered right away, however after listening (and responding empathetically), told me he sent the info to the store and they would contact me within 72hrs. I asked if there was anyone else who could issue a refund, he said ‘no, they have to do it since they own the store’, no longer empathetic… As I am writing this, I receive a call from someone (did not identify themselves), saying someone spoke with me yesterday and started processing my refund. I told her this never happened and was not communicated at all and overall never happened. She said she now has 2 complaints from this order and apologized for the miscommunication, saying DD was supposed to process my refund but now the store is doing it. Clearly not true since I only called DD today, how would they be processing it as of yesterday…I am leaving this on 1 star due to the hassle, back and forth, wasted time and energy. This was a ridiculous, energy sucking, time consuming experience, especially disappointing as a first time delivery customer of Wingstop. I do appreciate that after speaking with corporate I got a response within the hour (not 72), however, it should not take these many calls, and escalations to get a food order resolved… AND when you do not have in-house delivery people, do not advertise as such. While the food I did receive was decent, the overall hassle of this experience overrides any and all positives.

  Horrible/Rude service. Multiple times had multiple items missing. Called in the last time after missing 15 out of 40 wings plus missing 5 of 5 boneless wings (1/2 the order) and was told not to comeback because they were too busy to fill the order. But that they would provide a full refund. 5 call backs later and they had not even told the manager, the manager was rude and refused to provide the full refund. Avoid this place if you value your time/money/energy!

  AWFUL! $63 order of 30 wings provided the worst meal! Wings had feathers (see pics) and it's not like they were hidden - sitting right on top of the order (see pics). Not ready on time and they said the online pick up time was really a "start cooking" time. No Old Bay on the Old Bay order. Blue Cheese was the thinnest, runniest goop we've tasted yet. At least a quarter inch of grease in the bottom of both boxes. Manager Dave's response to my phone call was to say he was sorry and he would "share with the team". I froze the feathered wing in case they are interested in contacting me. What a fiasco. Never going to WingStop again and certainly cannot recommend them.

  All are way to salty even for the original flavor. Taste dry. Disappointed and will not go back again.
