  Just go else where. Even though I ordered in the app still having to go through the drive through because no one comes out with your food after checking in a waiting over 10mins. Tried calling number disconnected. What kind of place is this? Watched 3 different customers leave without even being about to order while I waited for what I had already paid for. Save yourself the hassle and just get your food somewhere else.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. This is about the 3rd or 4th time in a row that I’ve had a bad experience with them. First off, they don’t use their stalls anymore. Every time I go, they tell me to pull around to the drive-through. Isn’t the stalls’ literally Sonic’s business model? The drive-through? Expect to spend 20 to 45 minutes in the drive-through depending on how many cars are there. Two or Three cars will be about 20 minutes, if you are in line with 10+... just clear your calendar for the rest of the day. Sonic took the “fast” out of fast food. And I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault nor do I blame them. They all look like they’re in high school or at least very young, and every time I go there, there are only one or two employees working. So, no wonder the lines are slow and they don’t use the stalls. This seems like a management/owner issue not hiring or maintaining enough employees to run the business. Is it a terrible place to work or something? But I know what is going to happen. The owner will respond to this comment with a “sincere apology” and will state that they will resolve the issue. And then nothing will improve, and people will continue to leave one-star reviews. So I mean this from the bottom of my heart: I want to see this place go BANKRUPT. I want this space opened up for a new restaurant that will actually bother to hire and maintain adequate staff. Also how to you run out of ice cream for blast?? that is what Sonic is known for... Manager is just non-existent I guess.

  Placed an online order at 11:15, arrived at 11:30, went to the drive-through and waited, but no one answered. Passed by the window, and nobody was inside. Went to the stall and pushed the button, no response. I waited for 40 minutes and went in, the door was unlocked nobody was in the kitchen… I said hello, no answer. Went back into the car and waiting another 30 nobody came out or no response. This place either lacks staff or they completely don't care. I tried calling the number and it was out of service. Mind you it says this place closes at 1:45am. Please do not order from this specific location save your money & time… 😭🙏🙏

  I'm not sure how this place even stays open...waited in line at least 15 mins. The employee didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the ridiculous wait time. They handed me fries that had also been waiting at least 15 mins. Waste of time and money.

  I don’t write reviews often but, when I do, it has to be worthwhile to not only me but the rest of the public to know. This is one that I must write for the future of the public. Going into this I must say that this left a terrible first impression of Sonics. You would think for a fast food place that the word “fast” would be its strong suit. But it took at least 15+ min to get my food from the time I ordered and mind you I was the only one in the drive through and probably the whole restaurant. Now when I got my food it looked nothing like what it was advertised. Yes I understand that I should be expecting that with any fast food I order. But it should still resemble the picture to a certain extent. But when I got the Sonics SMASH burger… I should be getting smashed patties in my burger. But alas the patty was simply normal… it looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger patty. Nothing wrong with that if that’s what I wanted. But I wanted a SMASH burger. Now if it had at least tasted decent then I wouldn’t have to be writing a review. But it couldn’t even do that for the love of god. As an added bonus, I got the wonderful gift of good ol’ fashioned food poisoning. All in all, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF! (Clearly I didn’t respect myself as much as I should’ve)
