  Food was mid, took about 25 min to get my order of one drink. Had to repeat my order many times for them to actually understand me through drive through. Said he couldn’t understand me for about 5 min of ordering. Abominable

  Didn't actually get to order. Waited several minutes, just left without speaking to people. Worker was gallivanting with his female friend. Not once did he look out way, and ask if we needed help.this has got to be the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Either hire more competent workers or shut that place down.

  This place need some serious help everytime i come here its always slow and mess my order up..i dont know if they need to change the management or need to hire more help

  Waited 20 minutes in a stall after placing a mobile order 10 minutes prior, when finally hit the call but to ask what the hold up was, they told us we had to go to the drive through. Waited another 25 minutes in the drive through, and 5 of the 6 items ordered were incorrect, when we told the attendant he said, they were out of chocolate shakes so they just gave us vanilla with Oreos in it. They were also out of cookie dough blast, so they just gave us Reese’s. Our 7 year olds chicken nuggets were actually jalapeno poppers and after taking a bite he started screaming and crying because it was too spicy. Will never return, unbelievably dissatisfied.

  I came here to pick up a mobile order that was for 4:24 and we didn’t get the food until 5:00. We sat waiting at a stall for 30 minutes and nobody came out, then we went to the door to go talk to someone about the hold up it turned out that they locked all the doors. Then we finally moved to another stall to reach out by the speaker and that’s when someone finally came outside, saw no vehicle in the pickup spot and then went back inside. We then went back to the locked doors and waited for someone to come outside and open the door. After a few minutes someone finally came to the door and helped us. When we finally received the food and sat down to eat the food was cold, drinks had no flavor and none of the condiments that we asked for was included. To be honest if you are looking for a Sonic you’ll probably have better luck going to a different location.
