The service desk is often unattended, however, so I have to ask for help if I want stamps or a return. I presume they are supporting various departments. There are self-service checkouts and staff there to help with issues. The store is clean. Wide aisles, and well stocked shelves. Good job, peeps!

- YWYawei wangApr 18, 20261.0On 4/10/26, I made an online order of 6 pack of Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Mango drink at Safeway on 4370 Montgomery Rd. Ellicott City. I used a $10 coupon since I met minimum amount of total requirements and was showing being charged for $11.63. On 4/11/26, before I went to pick up the order, I received an email from Safeway stating that they only have 3 pack on stock of the item, which was very disappointing but I went to pickup the 3 pack instead of 6 using the same amount of time and gas for the trip. A couple of days later, I saw two more charges make to my account on top of the 11:63 from Safeway, $2.99 and 2:23. So I was charged the original $11:63 showing on my receipt plus $5.22 to get 3 less item I ordered. It is ridiculous unfair. Today, on 4/18/26, I called the number indicated on my email at Safeway Montgomery Rd. and talked to a lady she said her name is Zealand. She was rude and Impatient after I explained the above unsatisfactory experience, I was asked to direct to her manager, she said she was the manager. She said to me that you can return the items if you’re not satisfied with the charge.
