  I don’t normally write Google reviews, but Kyle at the Pizza Hut in Ellicott City absolutely deserves one. Kyle was running the entire store by himself—working the register, making the pizzas, and taking care of customers—and he never lost his professionalism. Even though he was sweating and clearly working incredibly hard, he stayed friendly, courteous, and respectful the entire time. What really stood out to me was his level of customer service. While I was in the restroom, he actually brought my food out so it was ready for me when I came back. That kind of attentiveness is rare these days and shows he genuinely cares about his customers. Employees like Kyle are the reason people come back. He deserves recognition, a raise, and every tip he earns. Pizza Hut is fortunate to have someone with his work ethic and positive attitude representing their business. Thank you, Kyle, for going above and beyond. Your hard work did not go unnoticed.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut dated June 6 2026. I placed an order for 4 large pizzas for my child’s birthday party, and the order was supposed to be delivered by 11:00 AM at the latest. The party was scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and all the children and guests were waiting for the food. By 11:30 AM, the pizzas had still not arrived, so I called the store. The associate informed me that they did not have any delivery drivers available and therefore could not deliver the order. He also stated that they had no control over the delivery drivers. What frustrated me the most was that no one contacted me to let me know there was a delivery issue, despite accepting my order and knowing it would not be delivered on time. When I asked why I was not informed earlier, I was told that the manager would not be available until after 1:00 PM and that I could call back later. This left me in the middle of a birthday party with no food for the guests, creating an embarrassing and stressful situation. To make matters worse, I called multiple times later that day to speak with the manager and request a refund, but no one answered the phone. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service was extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with Pizza Hut. A simple phone call informing me of the delivery problem would have allowed me to make other arrangements. Instead, my child’s birthday celebration was negatively affected.

  I haven't eaten Pizza Hut for a long time. I recently tried this location for a carry out. I ordered online, paid online and picked it up. The pizza wasn't bad. But the aggressive tip soliciting both online and in the store (after I already paid), by asking me to specifically pay or decline a tip before I was handed the pizza turned me off. I won't be back.
