  Today my husband was discriminated by a worker name Carol because of his disability. He asked her to stop staring at him because of his tourttes and she had the nerve to tell him that it’s all in his head . He said he would like to speak to a manager and she told him to go find one . This girl needs to be fired for her actions. You don’t stare at someone with a disability. She is making giant look bad . Then she had a nerve to suck her teeth at her manager. I am going to the ADA because giant don’t need people like that working there .

  They don’t properly train the shoppers for online pickup. Today I ordered a sourdough boule and got a Kaiser roll. Last visit I was given rotten cilantro. I use online pickup to make my life more convenient, but it’s been nothing but the opposite. The worst part is that when I go to customer service to get the issue corrected, the managers show no sympathy. They don’t apologize for the inconvenience. They treat me like my business is irritating them. I’ve also given them the feedback at least 4 times that their pickup phone line does not work on Sunday evenings. I’ve called and it rings and rings and rings until I give up, go inside and walk to the back of the store where the pickup person is sitting there, scrolling their phone, and ask for my groceries.

  Diverse food options, wasn’t like this years ago growing up here. Love the health food options they have now too. The only thing I hate about giant are the self check outs - they are sooooo loud, like chill, I get yall don’t want theft, but I don’t want everyone knowing how much I’m spending!

  We are fed up with the bad, ugly and unprofessional attitudes by several staff. Some folks seem to act like they are not at work for customers. The little black dude at the deli acts the same way when he sees us as we do when we see him, ANNOYED. We actually avoid the deli if he is there which makes it a wasted trip then us inconveniently having to go elsewhere just for a deli. (which has also turned into leaving and buying nothing just to get everything from somewhere else) This guy would not get our desired thickness of cut how we wanted it! We are convinced he was never changing the setting and showing us the same size slices like he was playing games, making us feel like we were being annoying. It doesn’t stop there… walking across the front aisle of the store, near the very cluttered area by self checkout, (very poor logistics) two staffers were offside gallivanting almost in the way. As I am about to pass them by one of them steps directly in front of me with zero regard and he almost stops me in my tracks while continuing his fun with his “pal” so I say “excuse me” he says “oh I’m sorry Sir” as to acknowledge the disrespect then they both shoot up an isle giggling like children. They saw me coming. We used to see more pleasant employees around but I wonder why those people are not around anymore. Even one manager in particular has made me feel uncomfortable in the store. I move around a store, any store very swiftly and this manager was too but kept watching me and giving me all the looks on his face of whatever was in his mind. Stay off my back! Now we ONLY go to this store for an emergency quick grab because we can walk there if needed. Find a different job people.
