  Please treat people better. While we have all things going on in the world not every black person that enter the store is looking to get over. If I was looking to get over why would I come in line and have you ring up everything. You could not help me use my insta cart digital card so i called insta cart. you walked away so I went in self check out then you going to block me in like I was trying to steal. Crazy if just watched all I was doing was going to self checkmout and do what insta cart customer service was instructing me to do. Had Giant train all there employees to help us navigate our digital cards when we come in as insta cart workers It would have helped. Then when I learn how to do it and teach you how you offended. No you offended me a commandment keeper just trying to learn how to do a side gig to help with bills. Giant you want insta cart money so show you employees how it works to help insta cart worker if they have a problem. Weis and Harris teeter employees kudos you got it down pack. Giant catch up stop offending good people making a scene.

  Check expiration dates on everything, staff doesn’t seem to know how to or want to rotate items. Never buy bagels or bakery items, saw bakery employee drop bagel on floor and put back in bin.

  I called the bakery this morning at the Route 40 Ellicott City location. I found out Monday morning that one of our teachers was to receive an award. I needed a cake in a five hour turnaround. When I called, I spoke with Lisa, and she told me the 48 hour policy for special cakes. I explained the unique situation, and although she explained she was leaving earlier than usual, she would do the cake in the timeframe I needed it in. It was a half sheet cake and decorated beatifully. Thank you so much Lisa. I will be back whenever I need a special cake for our school!
