- MMMiley MartinezAug 14, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience at Five Guys in Ellicott City today! 🍔🍟 I ordered several burgers and fries for my family, and from the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. I only waited about 3–4 minutes for my order! While I was waiting, I noticed the manager in the black shirt coaching and encouraging her crew. She kept telling them they were doing a great job and that they “got this.” She was also very kind, patient, and hands-on while training them, which was really nice to see. When I received my food, the crew wished me a wonderful day, and my family and I sat down and enjoyed our meal. Everyone was happy, friendly, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to this Five Guys location! Great food, great service, and an amazing team. Keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The young girl was rude, looked like she didn’t want to work and kept cutting me off when I was ordering.
