- MWMD WilliamsApr 29, 20265.0I had a great experience the other morning. The blonde haired girl, I think her name was Katie? was very nice and helpful. She helped me choose my order for my office/coworkers. Very polite and professional. I plan on returning to try some of the breakfast sandwiches she recommended as well. Bagels were yummy. Oh and the Vanilla Latte was delicious.

The staff here are all exceptional that’s why we continue to frequent this Einstein. Don’t forget the rewards program 🙌🏾 a must if you visit often.

They have several options to choose from and I have yet to be disappointed. The area is nice and the staff is very pleasant. Ms Marion always greats everyone with a smile and makes you feel at home.

Nevertheless, Bianca has picked up that task without missing a beat! Not sure how the team communicates but talk about being made to feel special. You just don’t find employees like this anymore. They treat customers like they matter to the business as if the business was their own. Real OG behavior, real rare today. Awesome service B, thank you!!
- TMT MillsApr 28, 20265.0Einstein Bros Bagels Ellicott City, MD is my favorite breakfast spot. The employees, especially GM Antonio Faust, are friendly, personable and respectful. They make my day. This type of customer service starts at the top. GM Faust is the best GM this store has had in the past 20 years. He seems to treat the employees with the same respect as his customers. He’s always calm and pleasant to everyone. The atmosphere is always light. I appreciate his kindness to me and the other customers.
