- KDKelley DavisJul 5, 20263.0I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a long time, and I actually drive past four or more other Dunkin’ locations just to come here because the munchkins were always the best. About two weeks ago, something changed, and I’m really disappointed. The glazed munchkins used to be soft, light, and airy. Now they’re much firmer and denser. The blueberry munchkins also used to have a slightly crunchy exterior that made them so good, but now they’re moist all the way through and have lost that texture. The munchkins were the main reason I chose this location over all the others, so it’s disappointing to see the quality change. I’m not sure if there’s a new baker or if the recipe or process has changed, but I hope management looks into it because this location used to stand out for having the best munchkins around.

She wanted to argue that it was fine that she rang me up for and charged me for a caffeinated dragonfruit refresher, when all I wanted was a strawberry lemonade for my 5 year old. I said I didn’t want a caffeinated drink, and she argued that “kids can have caffeine”. Not the point. I ordered something without caffeine and instead was charged for an energy drink that she tried to pass off for a lemonade. She then yelled at me saying “the strawberry mix says right on the carton that it contains a little caffeine.” Can I see the carton? No. I’m in a car in the drive thru. She passed off a plain lemonade instead without adjusting the price. I ended up driving away rather than argue with a teenager, and paid $4 for a small lemonade and a teenager snapping at me. This location has a habit of snapping at people to just take what they hand out the window, whether it’s right or wrong. If you kindly point out a mistake, they raise their voice and accuse you of being difficult.
