When the drink was undrinkable and I politely asked for it to be fixed, the old lady started shouting at me and demanded extra money. “MoRe JuCiE yOu PaY ExTrA”. Lady, you have to understand that I want my order the right way, not your way! Make it right the first time, so I don’t ask for any adjustments!! The worst part was the refund process. She tried to refuse a refund, then tried to shortchange me on the cash amount once she finally agreed. When I pointed out that the money she handed me was LESS than what I actually paid, she became even more aggressive and continued to yell with the other staff old guy. This isn't just bad coffee spot; it's a complete lack of basic respect and financial honesty. If you're looking for a 24/7 spot, go to Wawa or Royal Farms instead. Save yourself the headache and the verbal abuse.
