    I placed an order for pick up, once I got there they said someone took the order and I didn’t get a refund or my food, I showed them proof and still didn’t get my food

    All of the serving pans were either low, or empty. Left without any purchase. Around 3 o'clock, don't expect much.

    Great food, cold customer service. I approached this humble establishment on a rather cold Tuesday afternoon, hoping some classic Mexican grill would remedy my pains. Walking into the building, the cleanliness is on point, yet as I approached to make my burrito, I was met wild a cold stare. I asked the worker how they were doing, no response. Come on, how hard is it to at least acknowledge another human? Every little thing I asked they made it seem like I was asking them to climb a mountain, with zero enthusiasm and decency. The food is great but not enough to keep me coming back, fix the attitude then we can talk. Disappointing!

    After my daughters softball practice we went and got chipotle for dinner. I regret to say that my other daughter found plastic waste in her burrito. How she found it made me never want to eat chipotle ever again. She said she had to pull it out of her throat. Image pulling a 4 inch piece of plastic waste after you were just trying to enjoy your dinner. An image is listed below. I genuinely just can't believe it. If I was an employ feeding food to costumers I'd make sure that I was at least careful with people food. I mean if she had swallowed it who knows what could have happened, it could have gone south very quickly. Please just be more careful. Also even after digging thought the burrito I found another piece of plastic. The next day my husband went to get chipotle and he found plastic in his food at another location. Just clumsy. Its almost as if you are trying to get rid of plastic through your food. Terrible is all I can say. Please hire employees who actually care.
