  Giving one star because the protein portions are significantly undersized—about half of what you ought to receive. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

  I like this location better than the other one along Rt 40. The food is fresh and tasty, quality is consistent, and it's generally not as crowded.

  Food and atmosphere is obviously great but Rahshawn made the service extra ordinary with his service to our large group. Didn't lose patience and served us with smile and great attitude!!

  This is our second time coming here. Both times were carry out. They forgot my son’s chips for his meal which was able to reconciled through the app. However, our bowels were ice cold and we arrived only 2 minutes after pick up time. Additionally, the salt content is way higher than any other Chipotle we’ve gone to. The steak my boyfriend got was awful and usually the steak is my favorite. We usually go to Dobbin but this was one is a bit closer to our home.

  Just a really weird experience trying to pickup your order everytime. When you place an order online your told to go to the pickup window which is very clearly marked and easy to find when you walk in as it is right in front of the door. However, 3/4 times I have ordered food it isn't actually kept on the pickup window when it's ready (likely to avoid theft) and is held in the back. This isn't actually communicated anywhere though so what happens is people come in, see there order isn't there and either take a seat to wait for their food or stand in the near vicinity of the pickup window (which is also right in front of the only entrance/exit) because they have no idea they are supposed to ask an employee for their food. You also aren't really able to ask an employee for food as oftentimes they are preparing food for another customer. Eventually, an employee will generally notice if you park your but close enough to the pickup window (also, right in front of the ONLY door) and ask if you are picking up food. If you have never picked up food here and you don't know you have to camp yourself close to the pickup window to get noticed I don't know how long you would need to wait for food. Either have a pickup window that functions the way it tells you it will when you order the food or if that can't be done then just prompt customers in some way to request their food from an employee upon arrival. As it stands now you don't get the convenience from a pickup window because the food is kept in the back but you also don't have any clear communication on how you are actually supposed to pickup your food.
