  What’s going on with this store? Is there no store manager? It took roughly 20 mins to get our food. Staff was disorganized and things were messy everywhere. The worst part is the food! It was unusually salty, and I can’t believe it’s the same Chipotle. So disappointed.

  This is review only for online orders. They almost always get the order wrong. This happens whether it’s during busy hours or off peak hours.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I have frequented this chipotle for over a year and I will not come here again after today. Alexandra( I believe that is her name) was so rude and nonchalant when it came to my order. I asked for a WHOLE extra scoop of white rice, and she gave me just enough to feed the birds outside. My chicken portion, again was enough to feed a bird. You could literally still see all my rice even with the chicken she put on there. Alexandra has very poor work ethic and it truly is unacceptable. And there is a young boy who works there and I legit have never seen him wash his hands ONCE. He is at the register, at the finisher station and doesn’t wash hands at all. He also touches his face, clothing SO frequently,; that is nasty. This chipotle will never get a dime out of me after today.

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while, and unfortunately the customer service has continued to decline. For months, the chicken portions have been noticeably smaller than at other Chipotle locations, but my most recent visit was the most disappointing. I ordered my sour cream on the side. The container I was given was only about one-quarter full, even though the portion cup itself is already small. I politely asked if it could be filled like it is at every other Chipotle I’ve visited. Instead of simply explaining the policy in a courteous way, the employee became visibly irritated, took the containers back, and said, “It’s only supposed to be 2 oz.” My issue wasn’t the policy, it was the attitude. I spent over $23 on my meal and was treated as though I was asking for something unreasonable. Good customer service means treating customers with respect, even when explaining company policies. This location could really benefit from additional customer service training. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that’s been lacking during my recent visits.

  this location loves to give you half portions if you order pick up. the staff are usually not friendly. very rarely is my order right. the last couple times i have come here, i have received pretty much no chicken on the tacos i order. i order pick up and when i get home i have whats in the pictures here. corporate ends up refunding me when i reach out but it’s ridiculous. im not sure why the staff is so miserable here but they should clean house or close this one. the tacos are usually disgusting by the time i get them home when i order from here because they just throw everything on top of the shells.
