  Very hateful to me just for placing an order for my family. Rude to me “for placing a big order without calling ahead”. Sorry for trying to feed my family. Didn’t know chipotle required a reservation. So sick of people who don’t want to work the job they applied for. Trash attitude and service.

  This is possibly the worst chipotle I've ever been too. I live 3 minutes down the road from here, and every single time I've been here, they almost always have at least one thing out of stock. So I drive to a chipotle 25 minutes away. They don't even tell you in the beginning so you already have your bowl and then there's no pico, no sour cream, or sometimes no meat. Save yourself the inconvenience and go to the one in Columbia.

  Service has turned absolutely terrible, I used to go here for a good bit but I can’t stand it now. Lines will be out to the door and they will still have only 1 person working while all the others refuse to work and will pretend to be busy. Seems like no wants to work or be there.

  Yeah, sometimes the food is good and the service is fine. Most times it's a ton of BS and HORRIBLE attitudes from the employees with weird food. They have made me incorrect orders so many times and since it's often busy in there I give them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was unacceptable. The attitudes of many of these employees is absolutely unacceptable. They taunt customers and become angry with customers when they themselves are incorrect or the store is out of stock of something. Tonight I went in for two kid's chicken quesadilla meals and they gave me something unrecognizable even when I told them how to make it correctly (with chicken actually ON the quesadilla - not on the side) which I shouldn't even have to do. When I tried to get it remade the food was still incorrect and they tried to charge me for it. To make matters worse, I am moving - tonight is my last night in Ellicott City - and I needed an easy meal for my family so I even had my husband come in to explain better and he was laughed out of the store by the employees who were standing behind the counter eating the food that they'd made incorrectly!! I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the orrect order. The manager was standing on the to-go line watching all of this mess and just refusing to engage, even after my husband asked to speak to a manager. This particular manager always seems to have an attitude problem but has been there for years. The order was never resolved so I contacted corporate - over a $23 order. Ridiculous and avoidable! Just go across the street to Qdoba omg, this place is not worth it.

  Just watched the manager stick a thermometer into everything without wiping… went from chicken, to steak, to pork, with the same thermometer. No wiping. No washing. CROSS CONTAMINATION to all my fellow Muslim’s please don’t go here you will have pork in your chicken or steak.
