  Had a great curbside experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill for Mother’s Day. It was really busy, but one of the curbside workers, Emma, constantly checked on me and my mom, made sure we were good, and kept us updated on our order the whole time. She was extremely attentive and provided excellent customer service. Gabriel, who brought the food out and got us extra bread, was also great and very helpful. Even with the holiday rush, they both stayed professional and on top of everything. Bet brief but great service!

  First time that I have to write a negative review on your restaurant. Last night, I came to your restaurant, wanting to order something to go. I stood at the front of the store, for over 25 minutes while staff just looked at me or looked my way, no one asked may I help you. I finally flagged a person down and said , I'd like to order something to go. Oh, I will get you someone. Another 15 minutes, and I finally asked a young man to lend assistance, and he was responsive. One other server came right up to the station, I asked, wine dinner tonight? No, don't know when the next wine dinner. No have you been helped etc. Back to looking on the phone. When other people came in, this server however did speak. It was one of the poorest showings of your staff I have ever seen, and I have eaten at your restaurant for over 10 years. Please have a word with your staff, that if they see someone, ask the person if they need help either being seated, ordering or otherwise. It is an amazing poor look on your restaurant.

  The BEST service I have had in a very long time. A will run, CLEAN, nicely appointed restaurant. I haven’t been in years. My daughter wanted calamari and thought of this location. Great choice. Good hot bread, food good and hot and still great portion sizes. We have enough to eat later. Desire’ was super attentive but not overwhelming and overbearing. She made sure we had what we needed and checked often enough not to be a pest. The team worked together to make sure everything came out at a goods place. There was no wait on a Sunday…I’m sure due to the present goings on however I tipped her very well for showing up to work with a great attitude and enthusiasm!! I will definitely come back. We did the DD special for 45 so GREAT value for full size dishes. Great job management and great job Carrabas! Raises for everyone!
