We were looking up the menu items on our phones for BR ice cream because it wasn’t outside. After maybe a minute, the lady said “I don’t have time all day to wait for you to order. Order online and come back.” Her customer service was absolutely horrible for no reason. We left immediately.

One man saw us and continued about his business. Another older gentleman saw us and walked past just to needlessly organize muffins. Finally when we were served the man at the counter grabbed a napkin and raced for the cone, sternly I interrupted and requested he wear gloves. You which he did thankfully. After that the interaction went smoothly.

Today, she said $9 and then extra charged me $2 more. When I asked for a receipt and questioned her about it, she said the $2 was a tip I added, even though I didn't add anything. Then she started to blame the card machine. Like bruh, just admit you're trying to loot people. Even when I was trying to decide what to order, she told me to go around and come back again because there was one car behind us at 1 AM. She said they were waiting and that I had to decide and come back, as if the car behind was carrying some stolen gold of hers, LOL. I've captured everything on video too. I hope the manager will take this seriously.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
