  This was a very bad experience. How do you not include silverware for food requiring it to eat, straws or napkins on an online takeout order? I get you can grab napkins & straws from the Condiment table in the restaurant, but here is no place to grab silverware in the dining area! Also, I don't think about grabbing them when I order my food to go. What happens with drive-thru orders? My attempt to return the food I was unable to eat due to not having silverware, was a huge failure. When I returned to the restaurant the doors were locked & the operating hours on the door, don't match what is posted online! I walked the few feet to the drive-thru window, but no one was visible in the restaurant & my knocks on the window were either ignored or not heard. So I get in my car & circled around to go through the drive-thru. After a minute of sitting at the speaker, I was finally greeted. I explained the situation & was told to drive arounf to the window. The guy takes my reciept, looks at it & then tells me he can't refund me my money. Why, because I ordered online & not at the store. He told me to request my refund through the app. When I explained that I have already looked online to attempt to do that & there is nowhere to request a refund or make a complaint about my order, he tells me he can't help me & didn't offer me a replacement either. Get your act together & provide better customer service!

  This was by far the worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. The Ellicott City location should seriously consider shutting down if this is the level of service they provide. Several employees appeared uninterested in helping customers, and the service was completely disorganized and unprofessional. Even though there were barely any orders, they still could not handle ours properly. We placed our order, yet items were missing and the food was not prepared correctly. It is unacceptable to pay for food and receive this kind of careless service. Coupons and promotions mean nothing when the staff performs this poorly and the customer experience is this terrible. This location is damaging the Arby’s brand. I paid for my meal, but I will never return to this store again. Management needs to take immediate action, retrain the staff, or close this location.

  Just went through the drive thru. The person spoke so fast and interrupted the whole time. They almost forgot my milkshake. I checked the order and was missing a roast beef sandwich. Went back in to get it. Got home and realized they gave me diet coke instead if rootbeer and left cheese off of my moms sandwich. What is going on here? 4 mistakes and nothing i could do to go back since we dont live really close. Waste of money.
