  It's Arby's... My biggest issue was I asked for the bathroom code and they wouldn't give it to me. They said it was on my receipt which they didn't give me one with my order. They just said sorry.

  Service is great. The restaurant can get a little busy at times, but seats are generally always available.

  Very unprofessional staff I came in trying to use there bathroom which they wouldn't allow until I made a purchase I would not ever come back emergencies do happen they expect you to hold it until they slowly take orders

  Arby's in Ellicott City set me up. Threatening to call the cops when I went in to find out why they treated me the way they did and to explain what happened. I wasn't hostile. I just wanted to know why they didn't just take the .60 off the other card. They charged my bank $14.55. I gave them another card and they charged the whole amount on that card. Why I don't know when I only owed .60. Then they charged $3 on that card. They then refunded the whole amount but it can take up to a week to get the money back. They then said I need to pay the entire amount again to get my food. They asked me to come in and talk about it. I went in and all they could say after the mistreatment was call the bank and ask for your money back. That's not how you treat customers. That's mistreatment. No I apologize. No nothing. I went out to my car and I turn to leave and he (the manager) is filming me as I pull off. Why? Did he want a picture of my car?

  Wasn't too thrilled with my chicken salad but loved my orange creamcsicle shake and daughter LOVED her cheesesteak.
