  Ordered from this location twice now. Both times items had been missing. both times i had to report the problem. Doordash doesn’t let u switch locations. Completely unacceptable service and management wise. As a customer i take this as the employee’s don’t care and if they don’t nor does management. Someone needs to be fired or intervene on how the restaurant is ran. Do not order from here unless you want items missing.

  Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, no one at the register for 10 minutes, takes too long to get food and everything was cold. Made orders wrong, asked them to remake it 2 times and still couldn’t get it right. Couldn’t make food quickly even with there being only 2-3 customers.

  Give people the right orders . then gonna act like you don’t see me . Could at least asked what I needed . If it was the other way around you wouldn’t want someone to hide while you’re right there waiting for a simple thing .

  There was confusion when ordering since the employee was not familiar with the new chicken nuggets from Taco bell, but they were kind when fixing their mistake. The meal given to me was not what I had meant to order (did have all the items I had intended to purchase, but had gotten a combo meal unintentionally). Though the chicken was inedibly dry, the rest of the food was standard of what to expect from regular tacobell. The avocado ranch chicken stacker however was a surprisingly delicious item just needed more chicken.

  Honestly this was kinda insane. The service we got tonight (Sunday April 26 around 8:10 PM) was just bad. We ordered our food and the lady taking the order had a whole attitude for no reason. After we told her what we wanted she started making little snarky comments, like… okay. Then when we asked for hot sauce she rolled her eyes and shoved a big handful into my hand like she was annoyed we even asked. Then at the window it somehow got worse. The person handing us the food had to ask if it was ours and the other worker goes “what, the whole Taco Bell?” like what does that even mean… our order was only like $30. We get home and now the food is wrong too. We got extra stuff that wasn’t even ours, so clearly someone else is missing their food. My mashed potatoes had no gravy at all and my taco was dry like it had been sitting there all day. I really hope to hear back about this, because I will be reporting this situation. The food we received seemed old and not fresh at all, which honestly makes me question if it’s even being handled properly or up to code. Between the poor service and the quality of the food, this needs to be taken seriously.
