- JHJen HMar 29, 20262.0Ordered a coffee through the drive thru in the evening. Upon the first sip I noticed it was lukewarm. I went inside and could barely get the attention of anyone. The manager finally comes over and I tell her my coffee wasn’t hot. She looks at me like it’s an inconvenience then takes me coffee and walks away. Didn’t apologize or say she would get me a fresh cup, she just walked away. So I’m standing there and a nice young man asks me if there’s anything I need and I tell him I’m waiting for a cup of coffee because mine was cold. The manager leans around the corner and says rudely that she’s brewing it. So fine, I stand there and wait and wait and wait. The manager never came back. About 10 minutes go by and I was finally able to get the young man again and I asked when I could get my coffee. He apologized and got me a new cup and gave me cream and sugar. He was the only one who followed up with me. You should retrain your night time manager in customer service. Her attitude will drive away customers. The only reason I’m giving this a two star rating is because of the young man that helped me.
