Each time I've been here my order is wrong, or its been delayed (more than 10 minutes) and this is on the down time so I can only imagine if it was busy. Im not here to bash but help the Owners/management get this spot together, its so disappointing to write such a review on a franchise I love, but enough is enough please get the orders right, and the proportions🤨 $10 for half a bowl is ridiculous.

It's the one I always go to, and every time I'm there, they're always out of something. And the place is a mess. But I keep going back and this last time I went, they were out of an item, they shouldn't have been out of which really, they shouldn't be out of anything at 5:30. And the girls said, oh, we're not doing that, meaning they're not cooking that, which were peppers, and onions. I walked out and my friend went with me. It really might not seem like that big of a deal, but every single time I go in there at least once every two weeks if not sooner it's the same thing.. So we drove down to northeast.If you want to see how to run a chipotle, go in there.

No sense of urgency, watched multiple people walk in, eat, and leave while I waited with no communication. The manager walked away from people when they attempted to find out what was going on. Unacceptable.
