- D1Debbie 11 day ago2.0I kindly asked a staff for help to get couple boxes of frozen Mac & Cheese from the very top shelf. I did not yell, or shout, was simply asking for help. The freezer was right behind them. The staff said “I don’t work in that department.”. Yet, they were wearing Giant Food shirt/uniform and stacking the cartons of eggs. The other customer heard the staff response and helped me. I have been a long time customer at this local Giant Food store, and this is such a disappointment and sadden experience. Please do better.
