  Always good pit sandwiches and sides, regular friendly staff that has been there for years and quality never disappoints it is very consistent as this use to be the Canopy a long time ago. If you want a good sandwich in Eldersburg this is the place to go! This is a favorite of mine to go to myself

  Nice bun selection for the pit beef, got the Large Beef but still felt like what a normal portion would be at any other pit in Maryland. Bun was soft and held up with the toppings and drippings. Beef was cooked to order, nice and rare. Definitely moist and tender but not a lot of smoke or pit taste to me. The baked beans were bland, no color to them with no seasoning meat. No bacon? No burnt ends? Liked the old timey feel of the eating area, don't need to be fancy. Loved the wall of little league teams they've sponsored. Fast counter service, good lunch spot. Always try and support local when Im working in a new area.
