  Not sure what's happening at this store. I managed a Pizza Hut for many years and have never seen anything like it. About a week ago I had to cancel my order entirely- and so did 3 others in the store who had been waiting 30+ minutes after their order ready time. Drove to the Westminster location and got my food- no issues. Fast forward to today- I've been standing here for another 30 minutes waiting. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:05PM...it's now 8:40PM and still no food. More people asking for refunds. Pizza boxes being dropped on the floor and then used for customers food. Orders coming out wrong. Took 6 minutes before the 6 people at the door were even greeted. Not a good look.

  Pizza is fine but this location is always late. Ive put in orders for a specific time and have ended up waiting 15-20 min longer.

  Ordered pizza and fries from here by accident as it was rhe wrong location, my pizza was so cold it was actually wet. One of the worst pizza hut experiences in 40 years.

  Had a frustrating experience at Pizza Hut in Eldersburg. We ordered 4 large pizzas, and one of them came out wrong. It was supposed to be a 5-topping pan pizza with half just cheese and the other half with extra olives (no other toppings), but they made the entire pizza with olives. I asked for a remake, and after about 10 minutes they brought out a new one—but this time it didn’t even have the extra olives like requested. On top of that, we asked for plates and were given only 4 plates for 4 large pizzas, which didn’t really make sense. Overall, just a lack of attention to detail. Hoping they can improve on order accuracy and basic service.
