I ordered online while I was at an appointment nearby and when I got there my burger was ready with the toppings that I requested. I picked it up headed to the car, opened it up and checked to make sure it was as I had ordered it and ate it very quickly! The burger was literally ready in less than 10 minutes after ordering which was perfect. I can't say enough good things about five guys burgers and fries because it's always made fresh and prepared with care.

- WBWilliam BarronApr 28, 20262.0Used to be a fan but sadly the prices went up while quality went down. It went from a good burger a notch or two above fast food to overpriced junk. Our burgers were low quality beef that was dry, chewy, gray and bland you couldn't even really taste the meat at all. The only thing really you could taste was all the gluey cheese and an odd sweet taste. I have to say the fries were still good as was the milkshake. Service was ok but they forgot one of our drinks (one which we paid extra for to get the lemonade on top of their ridiculous prices no less). Its a shame to say but with the outrageous prices and now lower quality we won't be back. Be better off getting a sit down restaurant burger at the same price or cheaper.
