- LLLeesha2 days ago1.0Child running around in the kitchen, took about 17 minutes and three staff to make an order for two coffees a muffin and a donut. Muffin was hard as a rock my boyfriend brought it in to exchange it for a fresh one and one of the staff members was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to my boyfriend -- seemingly wanting to fight him? Skip this place and keep your sanity. 🥲🖤

When handing out orders, there was no greeting, no “here you go,” no “have a good day,” and not even a smile. A small acknowledgment or friendly interaction would make a big difference. Customer service is an important part of the experience, especially at the drive thru window.

You can't turn left out of the parking lot and this section of road is congested many times during the day. Also, the entrance really springs up on you when you are approaching this location. It is not hard to blow right by it and then you have to go through a maze to get back to it. That said, the drive through lane is wider than most Dunkins making it easier to negotiate. Other than that, its a Dunkin. I love their coffee!
