- DND NattSep 19, 20261.01st picture is what I received. 2nd picture is the remake. Enough said. Why not make it right the first time. Manager was okay over the phone, rude in the store when I returned what I received from delivery. Regardless if the order came through as lite cheese, cheese isn’t melted and where is the crust. How about correct the person making the pizza not snicker with him like the customer is wrong for expecting a quality pizza for what we pay for. Delivery driver always pleasant.
- TBTina BMar 2, 20225.0Today i got pizza for my family and myself of course .. the young lady who delivered it .. she rang my doorbell 2 x and knocked .. she set the pizza on my outside chairs and called me right away and said i am so sorry this is papa Johns with your pizza I’m so sorry i didn’t want it to get cold .. i rang the bell 2x and knocked (we are in the back of the house could not hear her and that is not her fault at all) .. i know how fast you have to be in delivery .. this young lady in my eyes went above and beyond .. i just wanted to thank her again. She deserves recognition.. her job is to deliver it but not wait forever .. and she made sure we enjoyed our food and just took the extra step!! Thank you so much.
