  I had the pleasure of coming in just by chance and I was pleased with the great customer service, and the food and atmosphere was fantastic. I was greeted with a smile and welcomed back any time! I rate my experience a 10 out of 10

  Edit to owners response you obviously do not know how ypur employees are handling business not once was money returned or asked for only 2 eggs not ever was any more food asked for all was bad but wanted to show the chef how completely raw and bad the food was i never asked for money or more food both employees working were rude even after seeing the eggs raw not to mention order completely wrong both orders were supposed to have cheese did not was wrong side on one was told was another employees mistake that had left for the day just all bad but eggs got me and wanted to make aware I wasted my time and money that day and wanted to make them aware and maybe care and I left because pointless both employees just rude i did not get eggs or anything else ! You owner were not there !!! While waiting on food you were leaving with big order in your vehicle .Run your business not just own dont lie about what happened NO SOUL IN THE FOOD I GOT !!! Tried to work out with team but so rude ! Wish I took a picture but didn't spent 33 dollars for 2 breakfast platters came with 2 sausage links home frie egg and piece of corn bread or toast asked for eggs fried hard with cheese for both corn bread for one and toast for other both had corn bread one piece burnt both eggs did not have cheese both not cooked hard one was so raw could not eat white was completely runny so decided give them a chance to fix drove all the way back to get egg with cheese like I ordered first Lady on phone rude saying did not order that way which I know how I want my eggs but still give a chance and came back showed them raw egg was told that's how fried egg is but ok asked for fried hard with cheese so they threw put runny egg and started cooking egg the girl at counter calls me over and asked where other platter is told her don't matter only asked to replace the one not cooked at all was just very rude ended up just leaving without the egg the way they handled their mistake was so rude mainly the girl at counter never again called and wanted talked to manager said was manager speaking to us and said the handled it come get egg no never never again rude girl needs go home don't know how to talk to people

  Great place for some good fresh food. The oxtails were very tender and full of flavor. The Mac and cheese is great along with the green beans. The sweet cornbread was the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend this place I'll definitely be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  I had a great experience at this Black-owned restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The wait wasn’t long at all, and my food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in both their food and the way they treat their customers. The atmosphere was inviting, and everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend supporting this local gem! Aurora and Chef Drift were amazing.
