  Pulled up at around 12:20 and we sat in the drivethru spot for 20 mins and no one picked up on the box. the lights were left on and no one is in the building when it was fully supposed to be open.

  We sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. No person there to take our order. We drove up to the window and no one was there. Someone eventually comes and then takes forever to our order. I’ve been going to this sonic’s forever. This is by far the worst service i’ve ever had. They people were rude and incredibly unprofessional.

  Came through here super late on 7/27/26 after fishing all day - staff was friendly, food was good, excellent little stop on the way through.

  With all the bad reviews how is leadership not present at this location? I wish I would of just driven away. Many screens do no work, I get to one that appears to be working- the screen says its been activated- no answer. I go through the drive thru to see what is happening, the first intercom looks to be covered so I just drive to the window - several kids are cleaning up walking around see me- minutes later a young lady comes up and says can I help you- I explained the situation and she said “you had to press the button” as she was laughing as she told me. I told her well can you take the order now, she says no, there is a car waiting behind you. So I go to the front(screen again does not look to work but the intercom does). The same girl who turned me a way a minute ago responds and takes the order. It took a long time- I couldn’t even pay via the screen, and when I get my order the kid who helped was nice but he had to run my card back to check out. Honestly- the food was not good but the customer service made it worse.
