The order taker and delivery person was a bit rude. I'm not certain but they may have been the same person. This was my first time trying Sonic. I stopped to get my mother a milkshake before visiting her at the rehab facility. The food was hot and fresh.
My friends and I went here and were extremely respectful, but when we got to the drive-through and ordered what we wanted, there was one worker who was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. If I could get her name tag, I would’ve called her out, but I couldn’t find it. She has faded red hair. The workers at this song need to step their act up and provide better customer service for the people who were paying them. I cannot even describe how unpleased I am with both the presentation of this meal and the service I received throughout the process. Disgusting. There is also stuff in the top of my drink that is absolutely obnoxious and absurd to look At and taste.

I had a truly awful experience at this Sonic location from start to finish. First, every single kiosk where you normally order was completely out of service, so instead we were forced to use the drive-thru. But the drive-thru was a mess—it was just a small window with no menu at all, so we had to guess our order, which took forever. The whole system was broken, and the confusion started right from the beginning.
After an unbelievably long wait—over an hour—we finally got to the window, only to discover they completely botched the order. They forgot the grilled cheese we requested, and even though we asked for limeade, all they had was cherry limeade. The entire place looked disgusting—dirty tables, unclean floors—and the staff were moving at a glacial pace, making the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant.
To top it all off, the food was terrible. It wasn’t just slow—it was sloppily made, and none of it tasted good. And when we checked the receipt, we were overcharged because the workers didn’t pay attention and added extra drinks. I would never come back here, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hate this place. Limades are never right and they always dont have something. Property is not kept.
It is very frustrating to order food on a mobile app only to find out they just don't have it when you go to pick it up, especially from a chain. The app only notified us that some items were unavailable until after we arrived, and even then, someone else told us. I'm not going to order food from somewhere that A. cannot keep items actually in stock and B. cannot keep its customers informed. Literally the only redeeming part of this interaction was the server doing his best.
