  There was a sale on lemons so I stopped here to grab the lemons and a few other items. So I looked at my App and traded in 200 points for $3 off produce. When I got there I found that all the lemons were rotten and leaking, so I decided to just grab some garlic so I didn’t waste my points and to get the rest of my items elsewhere( some of the fridges had funny smells so I don’t get my meat from this location). When checking out my discount didn’t come up, I asked for help from the male worker but he couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Then he asked his manager, the store manager Sharon. Sharon was off-putting from the first hello. As I’m explaining, she’s rolling her eyes and telling me my discount should show with the clipped deals. I explained again (as she rolled her eyes) and I let her know I did not feel like she was understanding me because she was interrupting and rude. After a lot of back and forth she says “it’s fine, just give it to her.” Why would she make me do all that back and forth if she had the ability to fix the issue immediately. I asked her and she said I was being rude, she said sometimes it occurs with pharmacy? ( I was confused, who said anything about a pharmacy) I told her she is very rude and I would be emailing corporate. I am also going to reach out to the health department. Also, she wasn’t concerned when I told her the fruit was rotting, she continued to walk past it while telling me I was rude. My letter to corporate is in the mail. I feel bad for the workers that she is in charge of.

  Understaff only 2 registers open while they have 8 that could be. Recommend a grocery store that actually hires people and runs the store. There trying get free labor from there employees. In the self check out. Remember people a cashier gets paid. AP if your using self check out remember your doing there job for them for free.

  A boy names Brandon that works here sits in front of the Pokemon vending machine ALL DAY EVERYDAY!! Then he has the audacity to sell the pack and boxes to us customers at more then dbl what they cost in the machine. Please help us out an end to him and this nonsense. Thank you

  There was a guy in the area when you first come in the store moving drinks around with dreads with a coca cola shirt on second encounter with him the smell of marijuana is inappropriate first thing in the morning and on August 11 he was there and i made a complaint to customer service desk

  In aisle 2 there’s has been water leaking from under the fridge for over a year. There’s no wet floor sign or nothing. Sometimes they put something there to soak up the water but they never change it so the water just continues to go over the floor. Today when i was in there, there was again, nothing there indicating wet floor and there was nothing there to soak it up. I slipped on the water but caught myself with the door handle. I recently had back surgery so i am in pain all the time. When i did that everything in my back pulled. I called the store when i left and talked to Sharon the store director. She acted like she couldn’t care less and just said the building was built over a water system and they are fixing it right now. But it’s been over a year??? No that’s not ok. Anyways she didn’t even ask if i am ok. Some store director she is. Pathetic.
