  In aisle 2 there’s has been water leaking from under the fridge for over a year. There’s no wet floor sign or nothing. Sometimes they put something there to soak up the water but they never change it so the water just continues to go over the floor. Today when i was in there, there was again, nothing there indicating wet floor and there was nothing there to soak it up. I slipped on the water but caught myself with the door handle. I recently had back surgery so i am in pain all the time. When i did that everything in my back pulled. I called the store when i left and talked to Sharon the store director. She acted like she couldn’t care less and just said the building was built over a water system and they are fixing it right now. But it’s been over a year??? No that’s not ok. Anyways she didn’t even ask if i am ok. Some store director she is. Pathetic.

  This Safeway is notorious for not taking down their sale signs when they've expired. I shouldn't have to bring a magnifying glass to read the tiny sale dates on every tag to see if the item is still on sale. Two items just today had sale tags but did not ring up. The Barilla pastas and the Lakewood cherry juice had sale tags on the shelves that were apparently expired. On a prior visit, the sale tags in the bacon section had not been removed for days. I suspect they know customers aren't going to remove those now regularly priced items from their bags at the check out. It's a win for them.

  Was there today around noon and saw an employee exercise unparalleled patience and professionalism dealing with a rude, unreasonable, and inconsiderate customer. Even after customer was rude, employee working the self-checkout kept her cool and continued to try and help her. Outstanding customer service, wanted to say something as even after customer kept threatening to file a complaint (making an huge show of continuously asking for the employees name, which she gave each time) employee was still trying to help her.
